Established in 2000, Youli company is specialized in manufacturing and exporting all kinds of luggages and bags, which include trolley case, wheeled duffel, sports bag, backpack, fashion bag ect. . the main using Materials cover Polyester, Nylon,Cotton,,EVA, our annual sales volume is near US$10 million.our main customer include Samsonite,Ricardo,Randa, our main market is USA mostly and some in Europe. For factory scale, totally we have 6 sewing stitching lines with 150 sewing machine,totally 300 wokers in company.our production capacity is 50,000pcs luggages per month exclude bags. As an exported company, we have professional R&D department,with total 10 sampling worker,automatic CAD platemaking, we can have ability to supply customer 15 designed samples both from customer and ourselef every month, by this way, we can always understand well the trends international. In order to guarantee the quality of our products,we built our own QC team,total 10 workers in company, our normal Qc process is always from material purchasing to final packing to avoid any quality problem during goods producing in workshop.
